For a while now, I’ve been praying for a new creative passion project—something that would energize both my professional work and personal growth.
This past weekend, something clicked. While attending the St. Jude Rahm Golf event with my family, immersed in the energy of the game and the mission behind it, I realized the timing was perfect. A fresh idea began to take shape—one that brings together everything I’ve studied, experienced, and care deeply about.
The result? WiSE Girl—Women in Sports and Entertainment - Working together to improve mental health on and off the course.
This new initiative is dedicated to supporting the emotional well-being of women who are inspired to lead, perform, compete, and thrive.
It’s for the girls who dream big in sports, shine in the spotlight, and strive for impact beyond the field or the stage. And most importantly, it’s grounded in the power of mentorship—creating a network of experienced leaders guiding the next generation with heart and intention.
Golf has been an unexpected teacher in my own life—helping me loosen the grip of perfectionism, breathe deeper in nature, build meaningful relationships, and rediscover the joy of play. It’s a microcosm of life, full of challenges and beauty, failure and growth. And it’s part of what inspired this movement.
Now, let me be clear—boys, men, brothers, uncles, dads—you’re invited, too! We have a WiseGuys program in the works.
But this is a space intentionally built to elevate women, because frankly, we need more of them in visible, powerful, and healthy leadership roles. When I look at our daughters, nieces, sisters, granddaughters, and future CEOs, athletes, and artists—I see a gap we must urgently close.
I don’t know exactly where WiSE Girl will go from here—but I do know it’s already sparked a new fire in me. And I’m beyond grateful for the inspiration that’s shown up just when I needed it most.
More to come. Stay tuned.
With love and whole-hearted optimism,
Coach Heidi 🩷
